TEASER
I gasped, shocked, and my eyes fell to his arm and the round scar I’d seen there earlier. A bullet wound. I looked at Ryan, and he surprised me even more by grinning. “That’s right, I took a bullet for you, babe.”
“You…” My voice trailed off as I tried to get a grip on the sudden swell of emotions raging inside me. Guilt, gratitude, horror…take your pick. I felt them all.
Ryan squeezed my hand. “That’s a good reason to promote a guy to boyfriend status, don’t you think?”
He was joking about this? He was shot, and he wanted to joke about our relationship? Was he for real?
“Don’t fall for it, Angel,” Johnny G teased. “It was barely a flesh wound. It didn’t even hit anything vital. I’ve been shot twice myself. It’s really not that bad.”

What readers are saying about Remember Jamie Baker

Jamie #3 was everything I had been hoping and waiting for. It brought all the feels. Jamie has the right amount of spunk, bravery and intelligence to make her an extremely likeable and relate-able heroine. I kinda want to be her BFF. And Ryan Miller ... swoon. He is everything. He made Jamie love him again and again, and he did it with me also. Every single book I have fallen in love with Ryan, and every time I reread I will love him even more. Great job, Kelly! It was a journey worth waiting for.  ~ Jaymin Eve, USA Today bestselling author of The Hive trilogy

"Full of great one-liners and intense longing, Remember Jamie Baker is a satisfying conclusion to a fantastic trilogy. Readers will appreciate the new friends Jamie makes, the measures she takes to restore her memory, and the return of Ryan Miller. OH YES. That charming combination of ego and sunshine does show up. I promise. And it's epic." ~ The Dragon’s Nook book reviews

"Kelly Oram’s back with a new Jamie Baker adventure that’s as action-packed as it is hilarious, with all new characters to love and some old favorites that you’ll find yourself falling for, all over again! Remember Jamie Baker is an unforgettable end to a truly amazing series!” ~ Jena Leigh author of the Variant series

"This is the best book of the trilogy. Remember Jamie gives us the steamiest Ryan & Jamie yet with beach fantasies (oh, Kelly went there!) and more curl-your-toes “awwww” scenes where once again pretty boy Ryan Miller steals your heart (and Jamie’s) as he tries to help her remember exactly who she was. Oh? And did I mention your favorite sidekicks (and who doesn’t love our favorite reporter and BFF?) are back? Or how about all of the kickass superhero action we’ve been dying for with Visticorp? Yea, it finally happens and it does not disappoint (be ready for some twists!)…. But the real reason you’ll keep reading? Because Jamie needs to remember! This whole series has honestly been a whirlwind and finally getting the epic conclusion we hoped for is the best gift Kelly could possibly give her readers. Fans of Meg Cabot’s quick wit and normal girl-hero complex (a la 1-800-Where-R-U), the tv show Smallville, or superhero tropes in general will dive right into this one. And who can forget fans of Ryan Miller? You will definitely need your fix." ~ Rachel E. Carter, author of the Black Mage series

BONUS CONTENT:
Each book in the supernaturals series focuses on a different character and is told in there point of view. Scion (Book 3) is Russ's story, and he is excited to finally have his voice heard. If you'd like to get a sneak peek inside of his head, please enjoy this bonus scene from Chameleon written in his perspective. It's the very first chapter of the entire series, so even if you haven't started the Supernaturals series yet, you can still read it. It's totally spoiler free! (And hey, then you'll know what you have to look forward to in book three!) Here's a short excerpt:

I was trying to make her nervous on purpose. My whole intent tonight was to make her see me in a new way. What better way to do that than to crawl into bed with her in the middle of the night?
We hadn’t been in bed together since we were kids. Back when the fact that we were the opposite sex didn’t matter. It definitely mattered now. She looked so incredibly sexy at the moment that I could hardly think of anything other than the fact that I wanted to obliterate the word “friendship” from all known languages.
“What happened to the Disney Princess nightgown you wore the last time we were in bed together? That was hot.”
But not nearly as hot as the tank top and panties she was wearing right now. Damn. I hadn’t expected her to sleep so risqué. I’d genuinely been prepared for Captain America pajamas or something, considering her infatuation with Chris Evans. But this…she looked… Double damn. Even if this plan totally backfired on me tonight, right now it felt like the best idea I’d ever had.
As I took a mental picture of her, Dani finally realized she wasn’t wearing a bra and freaked out, pulling her covers up over her chest while glaring at me. If she hadn’t been awake before, she definitely was now. “You’d better have a damn good reason for being here or you’re going to be very sorry.”
She was pissed but it was worth it. I gave her a pout. “Since when do I need a reason?”
She opened her mouth to unleash a verbal tirade but I lifted a hand to stop her. I didn’t need to hear her rant. No lecture in the world was going to make me feel bad for sneaking in here and catching a semi-naughty glimpse of her. Am I shameless? Why, yes. Yes I am. It’s one of my many talents. Click here to read the entire RUSS POV Bonus Scene from Chameleon.

Or you can get started reading the series now. Chameleon, the first book in the series, is available for FREE DOWNLOAD on Amazon now through April 18th.
It's a limited time offer, so don't miss out on the promotion! Snatch it up, while it's free!

Chameleon (Supernaturals#1)
For small-town rebel Dani Webber magic and monsters are no more real than the Easter Bunny… until the day she accidentally stops time. Dani quickly discovers that not only do supernaturals exist, but she herself is one of them. This is great news for her life-long best friend Russ, who can finally come clean about his own supernatural status and his undying love for her. Before the two can start to enjoy the long overdue relationship, Dani is taken by a powerful council of supernaturals who believe she is the Chosen One destined to save them from extinction.
As if being kidnapped and expected to save the world isn’t bad enough, an ancient prophecy warns of the Chosen One’s dark nature: “Only the truest love will keep her an agent for good.” The council believes they know who this “true love” is and, unfortunately, that person isn’t Russ. The mysterious, powerful and devastatingly handsome Seer is the last person Dani wants in her life, but when she starts having visions of a horrific future, she has no one else to turn to for help.
Soon Dani finds herself torn between two very different boys with two very different opinions of whom she can trust. With the visions getting worse and time running out, Dani is forced to put aside her feelings and work with both the Seer and Russ before an ancient evil is unleashed upon the earth.

REVIEW

First of all, thank you to Sarah, for the copy of her book. :) Thank you for taking your time into messaging me. I do apologize it taken me this long to finish the book though. Real life does sucks. LOL.

When I read the blurb (yes, I did read it!), I was left intrigued with it. Dreams are, in my opinion, a wide subject. But what made me read it was how will the author, Sarah, write about Dreams. Specifically, Dream Travel.

When I started reading it, I was a bit shocked. Shocked because it didn't start in a conventional way. I even doubted the book that maybe it was not book 1. Why? Because it started in the middle. It was right into the plot. Normally, first chapters are all about introduction. I'm not sure if I liked how it was done. But I still read it because I wanted to know what will happen. Although, I must say it's not the type of book that I'm so eager to read that I need to read it continuously.

I have a bit of an issue with the use of exclamation point. I feel that it's a bit excessive? And redundant. But maybe that's just me.

I still have questions even after reading it. Like, do they teleport their bodies or something? I don't know how the machine works. It was explained but like it was vague. Or it's just my brain not catching up? LOL. I still stand with the explanation vague though or lots of technical terminologies (and hey, I'm a Computer Engineer graduate, so I know my technical terms.) that I am actually not familiar with it. It jumbled in my brain.

And then there's Zhuang. He was mentioned a lot. But he never appeared until the last moment. And I don't know. I didn't imagine the fight scene a lot. I'm a very imaginative person so not having it visualize is... you know. I think it can be improved a whole lot more. But it was fun, nevertheless.

I like how she stand up in the end. She owned it like she should have from the beginning. So it's good that the character developed really well. :) Still kudos to Sarah. :)

REVIEW

Buddy read with Deniz! <3 01.21.2015

FINISHED IT! HOLY MOTHER------!!! SARAH J. MAAS IS ONE FREAKING BRILLIANT AUTHOR!

I can't get over it! Sadly, I can't read anything else unless I pour out all my thoughts about this book. I have already done it with Deniz but I haven't been able to write it here so it kinda doesn't count.

What I wanna say is that for all of those who haven't read the series or specifically this book, READ IT NOW. It's so much better than the first or the second book which I barely say anything to my review. LOL. Although some would be annoyed at Celaena like Deniz and I did but hell, in the end it was all worth it.

I find Celaena moping repetitive but honestly? I don't care as long as she redeemed herself and she kick ass. lol. BUT if she'll be like this at the last three books, can I please kick her butt?! I honestly thought she kinda deserved all the moping or whining she did. But at the end of this book, I had enough, she had enough. FINALLY. Don't do it again on the last three books, okay?

I was annoyed at Chaol being whiny and all that crap. I mean, dude! Seriously? Get over it and man up! Do what you think is right. You already know the answer but you wanted to mope around and get away from all of it. Not responsible of you. Hoping you will finally step up and fight back.

Dorian. Oh yes. He was a bit irritating but then he changed. Something happened and I won't tell what. But he did changed and I love that that is his LINE (hint: scene towards the end). And it breaks my heart to see what his tyrant ass of a father did to him.

Rowan. Oh gosh, I am in awe of him. I liked him a lot. He's loyal, powerful, good for Celaena and not in that kind of way. He's brutal but patient. I'm voting for him to be Celaena's love interest. lol.

But I am definitely happy that Celaena doesn't have any love interest for now. :p And hope it stays that way. :D

Aedion. OH, I wish for Aedion is that he sees Celaena soon and everything he did will not be in vain. :(

MANON. I was wondering about her. And I really do hope she and Celaena will be side by side together. I can actually picture it in my mind.

Enough of the characters... The world building, I must say definitely improved from the last time. I kept on seeing the world in my mind. I kept on saying this will be awesome in movies. But I kinda hope that the producers will do it the same way the readers sees it in their own imagination. It was so cleverly written that I honestly say that Maas continue to improve her writing skills.

She had me turning the page excitedly, waiting for the next scene, what will happen to them. It was that exciting. I even cried when Celaena revealed her past. I cried with what happened to Sorscha and Aedion. I am excited for the fourth book, Queen Of Shadows.

I wish it's Fall already. :(

Thank you, Sarah J. Maas for the wonderful series! :)

REVIEW

First read for this year 2015, DONE!

Since this book was written in Tagalog, my language, my review will also be in that language...

Sa wakas. Natapos ko rin ang Moymoy Lulumboy! Marami ako'ng katanungan. Kahilingan. Kagaya ng sana nagkita silang mag-ina kahit sa dulo. Na sana kahit isang araw lang pagbigyan siya na makita si Moymoy at makasama at makayakap man lang. That's the least you can do for a hero.

At saka... Ang nagpababa ng rating ko eh yung... As far as I know Children's book to. Sa title pa lang Moymoy Lulumboy, ang Batang Aswang. Oo, may matatandang characters but still, majority of the readers are kids who are between 8 and up. Or 10 and up. Oo rin na masyadong advance ang utak ng mga bata ngayon. Pero ewan ko. Sa akin kasi once na sinabing Children's book, walang curses.

Walang mura. Kasi bata ang readers mo eh. It's like you're saying it's okay to swear. Na okay lang magmura. Ganon. Pero siguro ako lang yon. Hindi din naman laganap ang mura dito sa book mga twice or thrice lang naman. Still. *shrugs*

I still recommend it. Basta kids, wag kayong magmumura. Hindi maganda yun. Okay? :)

It's a really good one and I enjoyed reading it! :)

BOOK BLURB:
Bryn Reyes is a real life sleeping beauty. Afflicted with Klein-Levin Syndrome, she suffers episodes of prolonged sleep that steal weeks, and sometimes even months, from her life. But unlike most KLS patients, she doesn’t spend each episode in a catatonic state or wake up with no recollection of the time she’s missed. Instead, Bryn spends half her life in an alternate reality made up of her memories. For Bryn, the past is a place, until one day a boy she’s never met before washes up on the illusory beach of her dreams with no memory of who he is.
But the appearance of this strange boy isn’t the only thing that’s changed. Bryn’s symptoms are worsening, her body weakening as she’s plagued by hallucinations even while awake. Her only hope of finding a cure is to undergo experimental treatment created by a German specialist. But when Dr. Banz reveals that he knows more about her strange symptoms than he originally let on, Bryn learns that the boy in her head might actually be the key to understanding what’s happening to her, and worse, that if she doesn’t find out his identity before it’s too late, they both may not survive.
REVIEW:

Ack! I totally forgot about posting this review last Saturday! I am so very sorry! I am so busy this month. T.T But here it is!

Surprisingly, this retelling of Sleeping Beauty is such a good one. I mean, I'm one of those people who like medical terms and think they are sexy. Lmao. Even though most of the time, I just don't get it. 😂

Anyway, I really liked the story of The Girl in Between and it really keep me on the edge of my toes while reading this. Been so busy with RL so it took me weeks since I barely read anything. 😫 I hate RL when it doesn't make me read anything. Lol.

One thing to know... When I started reading it, I researched KLS (can't remember the full name. Lol) cause I really thought it's just made up medical term albeit a really good one. 😅 But all the dreams mixed with memories, I wanted to know more. To see what will Kemp show me next. To know what is her Dad's role. I mean, maybe there is something with the dad's side since he's gone and all that shit. Or maybe it's the grandma? I dunno! I didn't get all the answers I wanted but I am so waiting for the next book in the series! Yay!

I want to know him more too! It's worth reading, for me. And such a good read. Thanks for letting me read the book, Laekan! Definitely enjoyed it!

REVIEW

I am so confused on whether to bump the stars down or up. I first gave it a five then four and now I am giving it a five again. >_< I really love it but I am so indecisive and I really believe there should be a book four. Lol. FIVE STARS! I will not tamper my rating anymore. That's my final rating!

I have loved Mara Dyer Trilogy since the first book. I am so thankful to my officemate/friend/book addict, Madel, for lending me her copy of the first two books. :) I am in love with Noah Shaw. <3 The books made me question if I'm sane enough to continue reading. It is so wonderfully written by Michelle Hodkin. KUDOS!!! I hope you, one day, have a signing here!!! Please!

This is so... Sooooo... Good! I liked it. I can't even think of words to perfectly describe how I feel about this book. This is definitely one of my favorite trilogy. And will always have a special place in my heart. Especially Noah Shaw. And honestly? All of them. Daniel, Jamie, Stella. I wanted to know Abel Lukumi. His past. Maybe a novella? Hehehe.

Also, I feel like there's still more to it. The ending is HEA but at the same time, there's still more story there. Like what will happen when they get back to Miami? What will the future bring to them? Of what they chose?

But anyway, I really loved the whole trilogy. I can't believe it's finally over. T.T you guys should read it. I will reread the trilogy again once I have the HB copy of The Evolution of Mara Dyer.

P.S. I do believe it's her real name.

****

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!
